Harmonica Amplifier Operation:

Mic: ¼ inch high impedance microphone input

Gain: Mic input sensitivity. Controls amount of preamp distortion.

Bass & Treble: EQ voiced for harmonica

Drive: Controls the amount of preamp signal sent to power amp

Reverb: Controls amount of reverb

F.A.T.: Controls amount of negative feedback employed in power amp. Voiced specifically for hi frequency to control mic feedback.

Ultra/Beam: This switch determines the mode of operation that the power tubes run in. Ultra Linear position ties the 6V6 tube screens to specially wound taps on the output transformer. The beam position runs the 6V6 tubes in the more conventional guitar amplifier mode of operation.

Volt: Controls voltage in preamp. Lower preamp voltages produce less headroom. High voltages produces cleaner tones.

Power Scale: Controls the amps wattage
