Evolution of the Stage Hog : 40 Watt Combo

I first came up with the Stage Hog concept in Aug of 1999. After many experiments and many prototypes, I was finally happy with the design and sold the first one in Jan 2004.

The tonal characteristic of the Stage Hog has remained constant from that first amp in 2004 to the one being built on my bench today. What has changed is added control so the player can change the Stage Hog's voicing to suite his own needs.

[Getting the boost switch onto the remote switch freed up the space to add the mid cut switch.]
